Ingredients
1 2lbs Raw Shrimp (peeled, deveined, tail off)
2 12 count packages of Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
⅔ cup of cornstarch
1 egg
Vegetable or canola oil for frying
2 tbsp of hot sauce
Very Noicee All purpose seasoning
½ cup of red cabbage
1 tomato( sliced then cut in half)
4 tbsp of melter butter
Bang Bang Shrimp sauce
1 cup cup of mayo
½ cup of Thai sweet chili sauce
3 tbsp of sriracha
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Step 1
Add your shrimp to a bowl season with the All purpose seasoning the. Add one egg and the hot sauce mix this together. To a separate bowl add the cornstarch and a little more seasoning stir, then dredge the shrimp in the cornstarch and set to the side. Add vegetable or canola oil to a pot and get until 375.
Step 2
While the oil heats up mix together the ingredients for the sauce and set to the side.
Step 3
Chop up the cabbage into thin strips add to a bowl and toss it in about 3 spoonfuls of the bang bang sauce.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 350
Step 5
Once the oil is hot fry the shrimp in batches until golden brow. About 3-4 minutes.
Step 6
Toss the shrimp in the bang bang sauce.
Step 7
Grab the Kings Hawaiian Sweet rolls and slice off the top and place the tomato slices down then the red cabbage slaw and then the shrimp. Replace the top of the bun, brush it with the melted butter, and place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Slice the sliders and enjoy!
